Arsenal Malaysia Membership 26/27- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. I have registered as a NEW Member for this season. What else do I need to do?
Thank you for registering! Once you have received the payment receipt from Toyyibpay, it means your registration has been successfully completed. There are no further steps required from you — simply wait for your Membership Kit to arrive.

2. How long will it take to receive my Membership Kit? Will it be delivered to my address?
Yes. Your Membership Kit will be couriered to the correspondence address you provided during registration. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery timeline, we aim to deliver within three (3) months from the date of registration.

3. Do I enjoy any special privileges as a Member, such as travelling to the Emirates Stadium?
Yes. As an official Member, you may apply for tickets to watch Arsenal FC at the Emirates Stadium, provided that you give us at least two (2) months’ prior notice. 

4. Will I be added to a WhatsApp group for Members?
Yes. Members will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp Bulletin Group, where we will share event announcements, community activities, and exclusive benefits.

5. Is the Membership renewable every year?
Yes. The annual membership fee is RM80 for new members and RM60 for renewals.

6. I have not renewed my membership for a long time. What should I do now?
You may register again as a New Member. We will then reconcile your details in our system and reactivate your membership. If your old membership number is still in our database, you may retain it.

If you mistakenly select the “Renewal” option and pay RM60 (when you are not eligible), you will be required to top up RM20 via manual transfer upon our request to complete the activation.
