The German dispatched a second-half penalty – our second spot kick of the afternoon after Martin Odegaard had also netted from 12 yards – turning the screw after Bukayo Saka gave us the lead with a rare headed goal at the far post.

 
We completed the scoring with a headed effort too, Ben White outjumped everyone in the area to divert Odegaard’s free-kick for our fourth.

The win extended our unbeaten start to ten matches in all competitions, and we are still to concede a goal on our travels.
