iii - NUMBER OF KIT & SIZE(s)
iv - AMOUNT TRANSFERED
v - PICKUP or DELIVERY (for delivery, please include your delivery address and an additional RM10 will be charged)

iii - 1 Kit, Size S
iv - RM 210
v - Delivery (1234, Jalan Besar 5678, Taman Perumahan 910, 123456 KL)
