3. Find or capture a photo of your most "Madness" moment in football. Remember, it MUST be something related to football (e.g. the ball, referee, jersey, lines man, coach, etc.)
4. Email the photo together with your name to us at emktg@madnessdeal.com
5. Spread the words to your family, relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and you pet (only if they can read :p ). Ask them to vote for your photo by joining our Facebook fan page and click on the "LIKE" on your photo (Force them if necessary but be gentle ya:).
6. The photo which has the most "LIKE" and/or the most creative will be the winner
